West Huntington Public Library The West Huntington Library was originally located in a storefront building in the 400 block of West 14th Street. The current library was built just four blocks from the original in 1990. We house historical photographs of families and businesses from the area. Information about Old Central City and Cabell County are located in our Local History section. Our library contains over 52,000 items for circulation to our community. These include adult and juvenile books, magazines, music CDs, DVDs and videos, audio CD books, playaways, newspapers, and access to downloadable books, databases. Other services provided include notary service (call for availability), computers with internet access, Wi-Fi, copy machine, fax, and a conference room available to groups and individuals.
